Is the shop Clean?

Leap of Faith Tattoo and Body Piercing sets the Tattoo and Body Piercing standard for the Prescott Quad City.  We also exceed every standard set for the Tattoo and Body Piercing industry.  All our instruments are sterilized on site in a Pelton Crane Autoclave.  We subscribe to a Biological Monitoring Service every month for our Autoclave and have passes every test to date since we opened our doors in 2003.

All needles, inks and set up materials are single use items that are disposed of immediately after every procedure.  All our work surfaces are made of non-porus materials which are cleaned with Madacide or Cavicide (cold sterilant) after every procedure to ensure the safety of our clients and employees.

Is my information safe?

Leap of Faith Tattoo and Body Piercing is a registered trade mark with the United States Trademark Office.  We take our business and your privacy seriously.  Leap of Faith Tattoo would never sell, trade, or give out any information collected here at the shop.  All information collected is for Leap of Faith Tattoo marketing and contact only.  Given our clientele, Non Disclosure Agreements are available if you feel your visit may require one. 

Do I need to make an appointment?

All though we prefer to work by appointment, we do leave time in our schedule to accommodate walk ins.

How do I make an appointment?

We generally like to meet with every client prior to booking an appointment (unless you are a walk in).  This allows us to get on the same page as to what you are trying to have done.  By doing so we are able to be prepared for you when you show up for your appointment and we can get to work, instead of spending your appointment time drawing and making adjustments.

Do you require a deposit?

A deposit may be taken (artist discretion) to start you drawing or to book you appointment.  Your deposit will come off the final price of your tattoo.  Larger work/multiple session work, your deposit will come off the final sitting.  Deposits range from $40-$100 depending on the amount of work that will be done.

What payment methods do you take?

We prefer cash, but we do take Visa, MasterCard, discover and PayPal.  A .50 charge will be added to all credit card transactions.

What is the shop minimum?

We have a $60 shop minimum on all tattoo work.  We generally quote all tattoos by the piece.  The shop hourly rate is $100 per hour if you decide to go that route.  We do our best to work with everyone's budget.

Do you do Body Piercing?

Yes we do!  We pride ourselves in offering the Prescott Quad Cities best piercers.  Our piercers are proficient in Basic Piercings, Surface Piercings, and Micro Dermals.  All our jewelry is on site ready to go for all procedures.  Piercings start at $30 each, jewelry included.  Micro Dermals start at $50 each and price break down for multiple Dermal projects.

Do you pierce minors?

We Pierce minors at the age of 14 for Nostril, Tongue, Navel, Ear, eye brow and Labret with parental consent only.

You must bring parents Drivers License, State issued ID or Passport and minors Drivers License or state issued ID and Birth Certificate.

A parent must be present to sign a release form, NO EXCEPTIONS!  This is for the protection of your son or daughter, so please be understanding of our policy.

Do you sell body jewelry?

We house Northern Arizona's largest selection of Body Jewelry.  We carry a wide range of 316lvm implant grade surgical steel, titanium, gold, dental acrylic, glass/pyrex, bone and horn jewelry.  We specialize in one off pieces.  we make and ship jewelry daily so if your not in the area, no problem just call us (928)541-1180 and we will get jewelry shipped to you.
